1. The program
The Koeller-Chiangs guest messaging is an invitation-only service. We send text messages to people we have invited to stay at or visit the property, about that stay or visit: a sign-in link to their guest page, arrival information, a reminder the day before, and replies to questions they send us. It carries no marketing or promotional content.
2. Consent
You receive messages only after you have opted in — by ticking the consent box beside your mobile number on your guest page, or by telling us directly that you'd prefer to be texted, which we then record. We keep a record of when consent was given and how. Consent is not a condition of staying with us or of any other benefit.
3. Frequency
Message frequency varies with your plans. Expect roughly two to five messages around a stay or visit, plus any back-and-forth you start. There is no recurring schedule and no minimum.
4. Cost
We charge nothing for this service. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Ask your carrier if you're unsure what messages cost you.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop all further messages. You will receive a single confirmation and then nothing further. You may also untick the consent box on your guest page, or email support@thekoellerchiangs.com. Opting out has no effect on your stay; we'll use email instead.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@thekoellerchiangs.com.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and we do not rely on text messages alone for anything time-critical — anything important is also sent by email or shown on your guest page.
8. Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carrier support can change without notice and is outside our control.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send you the messages described here. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
10. Changes and contact
